These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OfferNation.Com website and services provided by 99 Ventures Ltd. By accessing or using OfferNation.Com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this site.

 

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use OfferNation.Com. One account per person and per household is permitted. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in termination and forfeiture of earnings. The definition of Multiple accounts includes, but is not restricted to shared addresses, devices, IP addresses, payment accounts, etc.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This includes a valid name, address, email, phone number and a payment account registered in their own name. You recognise that any attempt to use a payment account not registered in your name will result in account termination. Shared use of payment platforms (e.g. PayPal, Skrill, etc.) is not allowed.

Termination of your OfferNation.Com account due to a breach of terms will result in any earnings/balance on that account and any related accounts being forfeited. Termination of an account does not merit the creation of a new account. Any account banned will result in a permanent ban from OfferNation.Com with any future accounts created by the person banned, or anyone associated with them, being automatically banned with any earnings/balance forfeited.

 

2. Use of the Site / Site conduct

 

OfferNation.Com is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are solely responsible for keeping your OfferNation.Com account and password confidential.

You may only complete each offer once. Completing the same offer on other platforms or using duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.

Use of proxy servers, VPNs, or public/shared IPs or similar is strictly forbidden and will result in account termination.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity or conduct that interferes with or disrupts the site, the services or features it provides. Use of any service to manipulate your device or account to gain any advantage on our site is forbidden and will result in account termination. You agree that your use of OfferNation.Com shall not be fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful, as determined at our discretion.

You agree not to share or distribute survey IDs, answers, or other survey information, including confidential information that you expressly agree not to disseminate.

You agree not to advise or coach any other members on how to qualify for or complete surveys/offers/games on OfferNation.Com.

You agree your account will only be used in a manner that would be described as conventional human usage. As such, you agree not to make use of any Artificial Intelligence, manipulate links, bot farms etc. as part of your activities on OfferNation.Com. Tampering with site code, using bots or automation, or interfering with offer tracking is strictly prohibited. Any form of unauthorized use, including system abuse or misrepresentation, will result in account termination and the loss of any balance.

All staff and members of OfferNation.Com should be treated with respect. Any unacceptable or inappropriate behaviour as deemed by us at our discretion, for example being abusive, bullying, racist, using foul language etc., will result in the termination of your account with the loss of any earnings/balance. This applies to your behaviour on and offsite relating to OfferNation.Com — for example, bullying or harassment via social media or similar will result in account termination.

You agree that determination of a breach of any of our terms is at our sole discretion and that your account can be closed at any time without warning if we feel a breach of terms has occurred.

Promo codes are issued at the discretion of OfferNation.Com. Anyone found to be sharing codes or using codes not made available to them will have their account terminated.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to refuse membership without giving a specific reason. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your account and close your account without notice at any time.

 

3. Account Verification

 

You accept that we may request proof of identity or address at any time to verify account authenticity.

You accept that verification is required before processing any withdrawals. This can include ID verification, survey/offer verification, authenticity verification questions and telephone verification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of request will result in payment being withheld indefinitely and possible account termination.

You accept that where identity information has been requested, no payment is due until genuine documents have been received and verified.

 

4. Earnings and Payments

 

Payments are processed daily and within 8 hours of request, but in situations outwith our control, you accept we are not responsible for any delays. Payments may take up to 60 days depending on advertiser validation.

All payment requests are subject to verification by OfferNation.Com. You accept that we may hold payment for up to 60 days while we complete the verification process with our partners.

Payments are only made once funds are received from advertisers.

You accept that no payment is due until any verification checks are successfully completed.

OfferNation.Com is not liable for payments not made due to incomplete verification or advertiser rejection.

Rewards with a value over a pre-specified amount as advertised on the site will be automatically subject to extra security checks and the earnings held for 60 days before being released.

You accept there is no guarantee that a member will receive credit for tasks. We reserve the right to refuse credit for a task for reasons which include but are not limited to fraud, system abuse and early termination. Credit from surveys and offers will only be made after verification that these have been completed correctly, validated, and paid by the advertiser. OfferNation.Com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. You acknowledge and understand that no payment shall be made until OfferNation.Com has received the related payment from its advertisers.

Attempts to manipulate offers or payment processes will result in permanent account suspension and loss of funds.

 

Bonus Pot – Bonus pot earnings will be added at the advertised rate to your bonus pot account. Bonus pot payments are transferred to your main account balance 90 days after the credits are applied to the account, provided there are no reversals on your main account balance in that time. If reversals are received to your main account resulting in a negative balance on your account, funds will be automatically transferred to from the bonus pot fund to bring your account back into a positive position. Bonus pot funds used to cover reversals are applied from the oldest earned funds first. If there are not sufficient bonus pot funds to cover any negative position, the main account will remain negative, and future earnings and bonus pot earnings will continue to be added to the main balance until the account is negative. You accept that bonus pot payments are discretionary, that there is no guarantee of bonus pot payments and that the feature may be removed at any time. You accept that bonus pot payment are to be used to cover any negative balance on your main account prior to being released to your main balance. You accept that bonus pot funds are indicative of what you may receive, and cannot be withdrawn until they are confirmed and added to your main account balance.

 

Tax – You acknowledge and agree that we do not have the ability to determine whether any earnings or rewards you receive from participation in OfferNation.Com are considered reportable income or taxable earnings in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any and all tax liability arising from or associated with your use of OfferNation.Com, including liability arising from your accrual of rewards or any other earnings on the site. It is your responsibility to seek the advice of a tax expert to determine the potential tax consequences of your use of OfferNation.Com. We reserve the right to require you to provide necessary tax reporting information if our records show that you are or may be required to report any earnings from OfferNation.Com.

 

5. Skrill Withdrawal Policy

 

Skrill may only be used for earnings from Market Research Surveys. Earnings from other sources must be withdrawn via a different method. Attempting to withdraw non-survey earnings via Skrill will result in account closure and forfeiture of all earnings.

 

6. Referral Program

 

You may earn referral commission by sharing our referral link with others.

Referrals must be obtained via legitimate means. Brand bidding, use of unauthorized ads, and misrepresentation are prohibited.

Referral commission is paid at a fixed rate as advertised on the site for meeting the stated conditions to trigger a referral payment. You recognise that no referral commission is due for any referrals who do not meet the stated conditions.

We reserve the right to update the stated conditions for referral earnings at any time, and any commissions are subject to the conditions stated at that time.

Any abuse of the referral system (e.g. fake referrals, incentivized sign-ups without permission) will result in the removal of all associated accounts plus the reversal of any associated referral earnings previously credited.

Referral commission will be removed for any referral who falls back below the required conditions to trigger a referral payment, for example, as the result of earning reversals or the discovery of a breach of terms on their account.

We reserve the right to suspend the referral scheme at any time.

 

7. Contests

 

The details of any contests will be published on the contest page.

All winners are subject to verification before prize payouts.

Any fraud or post-contest violations may result in the removal of prizes and account termination.

 

8. Dormant Accounts

 

Accounts inactive for 90 days may be terminated without notice with the loss of any balance held at that time.

 

9. Community Rules (Shoutbox)

 

  • No harassment, hate speech, spam, or offensive language.
  • Only use English in the shoutbox.
  • Do not discuss other sites or members’ accounts.

Violations may result in a ban and removal from the platform.

You accept that unacceptable behaviour is determined at our discretion and will result in a temporary or permanent ban based on our summary of the situation with no further explanation required.

 

11. Advertisements & External Links

 

We do not allow ads for gambling, MLM schemes, illegal products, adult content, or anything deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

External links on the site are not under our control. We are not liable for their content or availability.

 

12. Anti-Spam Policy

 

Users are strictly prohibited from promoting OfferNation.Com via unsolicited emails (spam) or by spamming any other websites.

The account of any member found spamming will be terminated with the loss of all earnings.

 

13. Privacy and Data Security

 

We collect minimal personal data necessary for account operation and payment processing.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

14. Intellectual Property

 

All content on OfferNation.Com (text, images, logos, software, etc.) is owned or licensed by 99 Ventures Ltd.

OfferNation.Com and its logos are trademarked, and it is our policy to enforce these and any other intellectual properties to the fullest extent of the law.

You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without express written permission.

 

15. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OfferNation.Com and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

 

16. Disclaimer

 

You agree that your use of OfferNation.Com is at your own risk. OfferNation.Com is provided “as is” with no guarantees of continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability.

We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OfferNation.Com makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of its content or any linked sites. We are not liable for:

  • content errors or inaccuracies;
  • personal injury or property damage from using our site or third-party services (unless caused solely by our negligence);
  • unauthorized access to personal or financial data;
  • service interruptions;
  • viruses or malware from third parties;
  • losses from using posted or shared content;
  • any tax liabilities;
  • user content or third-party misconduct;
  • business losses; or
  • unforeseeable damages.

You agree that OfferNation.Com is not liable for, nor is required to provide any compensation to you with respect to, the termination of any associated accounts, including without limitation any unredeemed rewards in those accounts.

 

17. Modification of Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance. Changes will be communicated via the website and/or email. If you do not agree to the changes, please close your account and discontinue your use of OfferNation.Com.

 

18. Governing Law and Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

19. Business Transitions

 

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or closure, all current programs (referrals, contests, promotions) will be terminated. Continued use of the platform post-transition will be subject to new terms.
